Yes. Rift Africa offers competitive bulk discounts for custom orders. The more items you purchase, the greater the discount. Please contact our sales team for pricing and discount details based on your order size.

What is the process for ordering personalised items

To order personalised leather products, simply reach out via the form above and let us know:
• Which product (or type of product) you’d like to customise
• Your desired text, initials, or logo

Our team will review your requirements, share any mockups needed, and confirm details before production. Once everything is approved, we’ll craft your order and arrange delivery.

How long does it take to receive a custom leather order?

Turnaround time depends on the quantity, style, personalisation, and stock availability.
• If we have the required materials in stock, we can typically produce your order within 1 week.
• If materials need to be sourced or produced, it can take 3–6 weeks plus shipping.

We are committed to quality craftsmanship and will always communicate realistic timelines for your orders.

Can I see a sample of a custom leather product before placing a large order?

While we cannot imprint a single item with your logo, we do provide free digital mockups of your logo on the product you choose.

Physical samples of our custom products are available upon request, so you can review the quality and design before placing a larger order. Please contact our customer service team to discuss sample options and any associated costs.

Can you do custom leather colours?

Yes. At Rift Africa we pride ourselves on the flexibility we offer our clients when it comes to personalising each project. In addition to our eight stock colours, we can create bespoke and unique colour combinations for larger orders—just get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Please note: custom leather colours may require extended lead times of up to 10 weeks.

What are your payment terms?

We require full payment upon confirmation for all orders, with or without personalisation. Once you’re ready to proceed, our team will send an invoice that can be paid online via credit card. We also accept payment by bank transfer and M-Pesa.

Is there a fee for the logo die (stamp)?

Yes. We charge a one-time fee to produce the debossing block (die). The cost depends on the size and complexity of your logo. Get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

What kind of artwork is required to create a logo die?

To achieve the best results, we require a high-resolution, black-and-white version of your logo in one of the following formats: .eps, .ai, .pdf, or .jpg/.jpeg.
Please ensure the file is at least 500 KB in size (ideally 2 MB or more) so that your logo debosses or engraves cleanly and clearly.

Do you offer international shipping for custom orders?

Yes. Rift Africa ships internationally and we’re proud to supply our leather products to clients around the world. Delivery times will vary depending on destination and order size, and we’ll provide shipping estimates when you confirm your order.
