Return Guidelines

We hope that you will love your purchase once you receive it! If for some reason your product is not working out for you or you'd like to exchange it, please get in touch with us to start a return.

 RETURN GUIDELINES 

• Request return within 5 days of delivery
• Item(s) need to be completely unused and in new condition
• HAS to be in original/complete Rift Africa packaging

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Return requests outside of return window

DISCLAIMER: Our products are all made 100% by hand by craftsmen and women using natural materials and limited mechanical tools. There may be slight variations in color, patterns or shape from item to item. However we do promise you’ll get a quality product you’ll love for years to come! If for some reason we don’t live up to this promise, please let us know and we will make it right.
