Shipping Policy

1. Order confirmation & Lead times

Step 1: Order confirmation. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email or text message, depending on the information entered at checkout. This is not a confirmation that your item is on its way.

Step 2: Shipment notification. Lead times may vary from product to product, but as a general rule most products will take 3 - 4 days of being placed and you will receive tracking information to follow your shipment.

Step 3: Delivery. Once you receive your order, open up and let us know what you think of your new item!

2. Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards, M-pesa, Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money and Paypal. Though unlikely, Rift Africa reserves the right to cancel your order for any reason, however under the rare circumstance that we have to, we will provide you a full refund immediately or offer a possible replacement item.

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping within Kenya is done overnight through Wells Fargo.

International

We will use DHL to ship your merchandise unless otherwise agreed. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number. Rift Africa (Rift Valley Leather Ltd) is not responsible for late, damaged or missing deliveries once they have been transferred to any common carrier including but not limited to DHL.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws differ between countries. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.  Rift Africa (Rift Valley Leather Ltd)  is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
