Shape & Size
There are the obvious and most used stationary sizes of A3, A4, A5 and Tall A5 (297h x 105w). These are used in both portrait & landscape formats but any size or shape should be feasible.
Design and Presentation style
Your choice of presentation style will to some extent be governed by the number of pages you wish to display in your menu cover and how often you change your menu. We would advise the following as a rough guide: pocket & corner mount menu covers lend themselves to 1 to 2 pages to view.
